CANCELLATION POLICY

🚨 NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us in advance, this will be considered a No-Call/No-Show. A 50% No-Call/No-Show fee based on the scheduled service charge will be automatically charged to the card on file. Because a No-Call/No-Show prevents us from offering that appointment time to another client, No-Call/No-Show clients will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with Chicago’s Favorite Nail Spa. We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Communication allows us the opportunity to work with you whenever possible. Our goal is not to penalize our clients, but to protect reserved appointment times, respect everyone’s time, and maintain the quality of service we provide.
